Thomas Blachek

Thomas Blachek has spent a lifetime around the financial and insurance industries. From growing up the son of an entrepreneur of an employee benefits firm in Clarks-Summit, PA to making his own way to the Investment Advisor space, Tom has seen the spectrum of what the industry has to offer.

Thomas entered the industry with MassMutual. After establishing himself as a successful advisor, he wanted to migrate away from the captive advisor role and own more responsibility. Tom joined Jacob at Royal Alliance Associates in 2019 and the two began to lay groundwork for the eventual move to fully independent with their own independent Registered Investment Advisory: Valor Investments and Planning.

Prior to his professional career, Thomas received a B.S. in Marketing and Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the McGowan School of Business at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania.  He is a Chamber Ambassador for his local Chamber of Commerce, acting as a liaison between local business owners and the community organizers. He is an active member of Bethel Assembly of God Church in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

Tom lives in Chambersburg, PA with his wife Julie and their three children: Vivian, Ford, and Edison.
